The X-axis: 640 mm, Y-axis: 230 mm, and Z-axis: 690 mm emphasize ease of use with a large axis travel. Since the travel volume is large, high-precision machining such as milling, milling, and face drilling can be performed with one chuck while keeping the C-axis (spindle) fixed.

Consolidation of processing range and reduced efficiency by reducing processing tools

The indexing function of the tool spindle (B-axis) expands the range of machining possibilities, making it easy to respond to a variety of workpieces. The tool spindle can provide high-precision indexing of ±130° every 1°, allowing a single tool to aggregate different machining processes.

High-quality turning

The positioning and fixation of the turning tool on the tool spindle is carried out by means of the high-precision indexing coupling of the tool spindle milling spindle, which allows the use of multi-functional tools for external machining.
