This product combines the HM Series, the highly rigid horizontal machining center, with the five-axis control technology nurtured in the production of vertical machining centers.
Structure & Table
The machine’s main unit uses a highly rigid structure from the HM Series, while its straight-line feeding mechanism adopted a highly rigid linear roller guide, to secure a high rigidity and accuracy.
This product has in place the trunnion table-based drive system, a newly adopted rolling unit which replaced the conventional sliding system, and a non-backlash mechanism for the tilted axis, to have a better piding accuracy.
