Structure
This model can efficiently machine any and all kinds of cast metals and ferrous works ranging from construction equipment’s components to large automobiles’ cylinder blocks to large valves and other big components to large dies. With a large-diameter ball screw-based synchronous control drive system adopted for its y- and z-axes, this model suppresses vibration and improves machining quality.
Twin Ball Screw Structure
This model adopts twin ball screws for its y- and z-axes to minimize vibration, while shortening machining time; improving machining accuracy, quality of machining surfaces, and contouring accuracy; and extending tools’ durability.
