Heavy duty cutting performance is delivered by incorporating a rigid frame of think box-shaped structure to foundation the large linear roller guides designed for very heavy loads. High-speed rotation APC and ATC by synchronization cam (OKK patented) delivers smooth performance and production efficiency.
Structure
This model adopts twin ball screws for its y- and z-axes to minimize vibration, while shortening machining time; improving machining accuracy, quality of machining surfaces, and contouring accuracy; and extending tools’ durability.
Cooling Ball Screws
This model adopts hollow ball screws for its x-, y-, and z-axes. Temperature-controlled oil circulates around ball screws, their support sections, and the motor-mounting surface to suppress thermal displacement, maintaining accuracy for a long period of time.
