Achieving 20% faster rapid and acceleration than OKK’s phenomenally fast HM500S machine, the HMC500 is constructed with a lightweight column featuring a rigid stepped X axis rail design. This column enables a rapid feed rate of 63 meters per minute, 2480 inches per minute, with acceleration of 1G.
Structure
This model adopts a main unit that moves items fast. With an optimized mobile mass and a servo ATC, this model boasts a feeding speed of 63m/min. and an acceleration rate of 1G, with C to C in 2.8 seconds, successfully reducing its time for non-cutting operations.
Max Tool Length
This model can perform deep-hole boring and other types of machining without reversing its palette, with short cutting time and high accuracy. This product can accommodate tools that are up to 550mm long (The diameters of tools that are 475mm or longer are limited).
Wide Column and a High-Rigidity Roller Guide
