*Linear guide specification for faster speed
The X/Z axis guidance is a linear guide specification. It has high tracking during micro-movement and micro-taper machining, and achieves high-precision machining.
25% faster X/Z axis feed rate (30 m/min). The turret axis rotates while moving, further reducing cycle time.
*High Precision Direct Measuring System
The HP specification is equipped with a "High Precision Direct Measuring System" that directly measures the position relationship between the spindle and the tool post with a glass scale mounted on the X axis. The effect of thermal displacement is minimized, and machining is stable and accurate even during cold starts.
*Reversing device
This device enables simultaneous processing of both front and back sides.
It is located at the top of each spindle for optimal performance.
