NIDEC TAKISAWA - CNC LATHE - TT-500GD (2 SPINDLE, 2 TURRET)

The TT-500GD is a parallel 2-spindle CNC lathe, the smallest 5-inch chuck in the TT series. It is equipped as standard with twin gantries that are ideal for workpieces with short machining tact, and has a fast loading time of 2.5 seconds. It further reduces non-cutting time.
The tool post is a comb blade type, which allows for a sufficient width of the tool post, and can be installed with five tools even when machining workpieces of φ50 mm.

Compared to turret molds, non-cutting time can be reduced.

*Reversing device is also standard
This device enables simultaneous processing of the front and back sides.
Unlike connecting two spindle lathes and providing a reversing device between them, the space efficiency alone is obvious.

*Large maintenance door
The left and right processing chambers are equipped with doors in the front, making it easy to perform tasks such as chip changing.
