It is a vertical CNC piston processing machine with the smallest machine width in its class at 1180 mm due to its vertical structure, which greatly enhances its performance. The use of ceramic sliding and linear motor drive in the non-circular processing equipment enables the reduction of machining time due to high-speed machining. The lineup includes the standard specification "TPS-V1000" and the "TPS-V1000T" that supports the spindle synchronous rotation type NC servo tailstock specification. By equipping it with an optional comb blade plate, it can also be used for process intensification other than non-circular machining.
